March Math Wrap-Up----Students and Staff celebrated Pi Day with a Pie-In-The-Face competition raising $ for math scholarships to be awarded this May. Thank you to our fearless administrators for their willingness to take one for team:).







High School Track is off to a good start. Some athletes run faster than their coach posts on social media;). Thank you also to Addie Hunter for helping us with YOGA on Fridays--they have come to really enjoy these practices. Keep up the great work Kats:)!








Thank you for coming out and supporting our book fair. Your support raised $1,260.95 in Schoalstic Dollars to help purchase books for our students.

Spanish 2-4 attended the Modern Language Film Festival at UCM. The students came home with 9 awards for their films Shadow of Solitude, Clue, The Janitor, I'm Not Afraid, and the Good Grade. The 4th grade learned about temperature this week. They made some estimates, went outside to find the temperature, and compared it to the inside temperature. The students also learned the difference between Fahrenheit and Celsius. 🌡️

Ms. Kessler's class participated in a bubblegum tasting and a bubble blowing contest!
Don't worry, we learned earlier this week how to successfully get gum out of our hair with peanut butter and ice!








Pre-School PE floated into April with balloon play this week!

American History students learned about the American responses to the Holocaust through the USHMM Timeline Lesson.









International Foods students have been studying Latin American Cuisine. This week they made Quesadilla Salvadorena!




Child Development class has been studying brain development in the first year of life. Students made homemade play-doh and then used it to create model neurons to show understanding of intellectual development.
