School Update. After receiving feedback from remote rural homes with poorly bladed roads, there will be no school tomorrow (2/13) at King City R-1. Stay safe and warm Wildkats.
Parents, the current plan is to have a normal day of school tomorrow. (2/13). If you have a young driver, consider having them ride the bus or drop them off.
FBLA contest scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled.

The Gentry County Spelling Bee that was scheduled for tomorrow will be POSTPONED. It will now take place next Wednesday, Feb. 19th.
KC community members, the Engie Landowner dinner/meeting scheduled to be held at the school on February 12th and 13th is being postponed due to the weather. Please share this information with anyone you know that is partnered with Engie.

Parents, with last week's third missed day of school due to weather, we are slated for a make-up day of school on Tuesday, February 18th.
Reminder: February is Career and Technical Education Month! This week is FCCLA Week! FCCLA members, you will earn points for each day you participate but everyone is welcome to join in on the dress up days!
Summer softball forms are being sent home today with K-6th grade. Jr. High and High school players can pick up the forms in the high school office. Return forms and payment to the school by February 28th.
