The King City R-I School District would like to recognize the Class of 2026. This year's class has performed well in the classroom, on the ball field, and in their co-curricular activities. WILDKAT BOYS TAKE FIRST IN LOCAL TRI
The boys' golf team, led by a strong showing from Gage Parsons (Soph.), captured first place in their nine-hole tri against Stanberry and Worth County on April 8, 2026. The team shot a 198, beating Worth County (201) by three strokes and Stanberry (205) by seven strokes
Parsons shot a team-best 46, earning 2nd overall in the meet.
KC's other varsity golfers included Cooper Tunks (49), Nik Schellhorn (51), Jax Jundy (52), and Jonathan Garlock (57).
In remembrance of Harper Anderson, the family is asking anyone attending the visitation tomorrow evening to wear pink. Dress up days were Harper’s favorite. We would love to have one more to honor her.
Thursday's baseball game with North Harrison has been rescheduled for Friday May, 8 at 5pm start time
JH will not attend the meet in Albany on Thursday, 4/9
There will not be any JH track practices this week. We will meet with the team today during school.
Tonight's Baseball game at Plattsburg is cashless at the gate. All tickets must be pre-purchased online at ccr3.k12.mo.us or using the QR code below. Senior citizens and kids 6 & under get in free. Please share with anyone attending tonight's game. Game will start at 5pm and JV innings will follow the varsity game.
The junior high track meet scheduled for tomorrow (4/7) has been canceled and will not be rescheduled.
