Parents & Guardians,
The Elementary Track & Field Day will be Wednesday, May 14th at the King City Track. Families are invited to come watch their child compete in their chosen track events that day. Please remember to send your child with tennis shoes, a jacket, sunscreen, water bottles, etc. Only students and teachers will be allowed on the track inside the fenced area. We ask that everyone else remain in the bleachers or outside the fence. You can follow the fence around to the jumping pits and watch your child long jump and throw from the areas behind the fence. K-3rd will start at 8:30am and end approximately 10:30am. 4th-6th will start at 12:30pm and end at approximately 2:15pm. If the weather does not permit us to have track and field day on Wednesday May 14th, there will be a text caster sent out by 7:45 am that morning. There will not be a make-up date if the weather becomes a factor.
There will be a reminder sent home closer to the date of track and field day, along with a slip that lists the events your child signed up for.
