"Let the Games Begin" - Football Homecoming Information
Spirit week begins Monday, September 25th.
This year's theme is "Let the Games Begin."
Keeping with tradition, the Student Council has given each day of the week a different theme to encourage spirit and participation.
The spirit days are:
- Monday - "Make Words with Friends" - This Scrabble themed day is intended to get you and your friends to spell out spirit words.
- Tuesday - "Connect 4" - Match with three of your friends to make four identical twins.
- Wednesday - "Checkers" - Wear your black and red, black and white, or plaid.
- Thursday - "Battleship/Class Color Day" - Each grade should wear their assigned color.
- Friday - "Wildkat Land" - Rep as much purple and gold as you can find!
On Wednesday, September 27th, a community pep rally will be held at the new stadium beginning at 7:00 PM. This will include introduction of the court, skits, and pep speaker/Wildkat alumni, Zach Workman. A bonfire will be held after the pep rally.
A parade will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday. Those interested in having an entry in the parade should contact Randi McMillen at the school by 3:00 PM on September 27th.
At 7:00 PM on Friday, the Wildkat football team will take on the Braymer Bobcats in the Homecoming contest.
A dance will be held after the game for students grades 7-12 from King City and Union Star until 11:00 PM. Cost to enter is $3.00 per person.
