On Friday, March 24th, the King City FBLA chapter traveled to the Second Harvest Community Food Bank in St. Joseph, MO to help serve communities in need.

From 9 AM to 11 AM the group helped assemble "Backpack Buddy" snack bags.

Each bag, which will eventually make its way home with a student, featured a number of items including canned ravioli, canned soup, milk, a juice box, a cup of fruit, a box of cereal, and a graham cracker bar.

In the two hour time span that they worked, the group packed 1,000 "Backpack Buddies."

After enjoying CiCi's Pizza for lunch, the group enjoyed some bowling at Belt Bowl.
