I grew up in North Central Missouri in a rural town, New Cambria. I graduated High School in 2006 from Macon County R-IV High School. After graduation I attended Northwest Missouri State University. During my time at Northwest I earned my Bachelors of Science in Education, Physical Education and graduated in December 2010. I later received my certification in Health Education. I student taught at Mid-Buchanan R-V School in Faucett, MO and was also an assistant boys basketball coach. I received my first job opportunity in the Fall of 2011 working at the Newtown-Harris R-III School district in Newtown, MO. I taught K-12 Physical Education and Health for two years. In the Fall of 2013 I began teaching in the Adair County R-II School district in Brashear, MO. I taught Physical Education and Health for the Tigers for three years. I accepted the Physical Education and Health job at King City in 2016. I am currently in my second year with the district and could not be more proud to work for the Wildkats! I am also the Varsity and Junior High Boys Basketball Coach and assistant for the Varsity Girls Softball team. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Chelsea, for four years. We have two awesome little boys, Madden Gene, age 2 and Grayson Royal, 4 months. We are extremely happy to be living in King City. |
